The manufacturing process is as follows:
first make a plate according to customer needs, determine the logo and color, print on a four-color flexographic printing machine, cut into 30 pieces of paper with a width of 15mm, and then soak in the glue area to make the 3 layers of white kraft paper stick firmly. The paper straw is made into a paper straw, and then cut out the required length through the blade area, cut by 5 blades at the same time, and finally packaged manually according to the customer’s requirements.

The raw material of the paper straw is white or natural kraft paper. It uses two layers of 120g and one layer of 60g kraft paper. It is processed and produced with food-grade soybean-based oil ink and food-grade glue. It can be directly contacted with the human body and passed the FDA inspection.

Erdong paper straws are very suitable for cocktails, cola, water, juice, bubble tea and other mixed drinks in restaurants, bars, hotels, homes, takeaway shops, airports and other places. 100% degradable, their length is usually 197mm (7.75 inches), the outer diameter is usually 6mm (0.236 inches), and the inner diameter is usually 5mm (1.97 inches).
